In the event of cancellation, penalties will be applied in accordance with the policies of the airlines and hotels; additionally, visa fees are strictly non-refundable once confirmed and the full visa fee is deducted in advance.

1. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months. 2. In case of visa rejection, only an amount of 150,000 IQD will be deducted as visa fees, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the traveler. 3. In case of a delay in visa issuance or if it is held for security clearance, the booking will be rescheduled to subsequent departure dates. 4. Estimated visa approval rates: 80% for travelers with previous entry, 50% for families, 50% for seniors, and 30% for young individuals. 5. Tourism dirham / hotel tax is payable directly by the traveler to the hotel, approximately $4 per night for 3-star and 4-star hotels, and $5 per night for 5-star hotels. 6. The company bears no responsibility for any changes in flight schedules or airport operations due to emergency circumstances or regional conditions. 7. Once a booking is confirmed at a specific hotel, it cannot be modified, and hotel booking payments are non-refundable; if the traveler requests to change hotels, a new full booking will be made for the remaining nights. 8. Hotel check-in on the first day is after 14:00 (2:00 PM). 9. Hotel check-out on departure day is before 12:00 (12:00 PM); in case of late check-out, penalties or additional night charges will be incurred entirely by the traveler and paid directly to the hotel. 10. In the event of an emergency caused by the hotel resulting in a cancellation, the company reserves the right to transfer travelers to an alternative hotel of the same category and standard. 11. All sightseeing tours in Dubai are optional in coordination with the tour guide, and the guide reserves the right to reschedule the sequence of tours based on operational conditions and bookings for attractions that require prior reservations.
